Department of Advertising, Sales Promotion & Sales Management
This Department was started in Sept. 1994
under the Vocationalization programme of UGC, Government
of India. This is a course of its own kind in the entire
Eastern India, where the enrolled participants are taught
and trained in the field of Marketing, Sales Management,
Advertising and Salesmanship

Highlights of the Department
- The Department has an impressive track
record in terms of its Alumni being placed in different
frontline organizations and in providing excellent industrial
exposure through regular industrial visit to Blue chip
Companies like Whirlpool, Maruti Udyog Ltd., Samsung,
Amul, Mahindra
& Mahindra, UB Group, FCB Ulka, Sudha and Pepsi.
- The Department has been organizing
regular academic Mentoring, Parents Teachers Meet and
Alumni Meet. Workshops on personal selling skills, academic
seminars and Power Point presentations are regular achievements
of the Department.
